Ivy Pro School needed an AI-powered career platform that could serve students, candidates, and entire B2B orgs from one codebase — without the cost of a 1:1 human coach for every learner.

Multi-tenant Next.js architecture with per-org candidate management. Live speech-to-speech mock interviews on OpenAI Realtime over WebRTC. Personalized lesson plans via vector-store retrieval. ATS-scored résumé builder. Adaptive quiz engine.
